By accessing and using RewriteAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RewriteAI's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RewriteAI to produce content that violates applicable law, the policies of your school or workplace, or the terms of the platforms you publish on. You remain responsible for the content you submit and publish.

4. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree not to exceed the rate limits associated with your plan. We reserve the right to suspend API access for abusive behavior. API keys and plan limits are not yet available; details will be published with the API platform.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on RewriteAI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. RewriteAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Detection results are probabilistic and should not be treated as definitive proof of authorship.
